PAROS, GREECE

Every two-ish days we bopped from island to island, so last but not least, Paros! Paros is like Mykonos 30 years ago. Stone grounds, windmills, and white buildings everywhere. This island is full of beautiful nooks and crannies.

We stayed in the most beautiful villa house right on the water. It was very spacious with an upstairs and downstairs and even a kitchen! I feel like if we had more time, we could’ve easily stayed there for longer than a week. Right behind the villa was a magical pool overlooking the water, such a nice relaxation spot. By this point in the week, the wind had died down and the weather was perfect!

Our first night in Paros we went up some back roads to this place on the water. The sky was stunning, the water was stunning. I wore this yellow tube top (from a set), American Eagle has a bunch of cute sets right now, and mine is on sale! I paired the top with this fun ruffle denim mini skirt from one of my favorite boutiques, Dress Up. I have never been a yellow gal, but ever since I got blonder and tanner, I am obsessed. I always assumed I couldn't pull it off, so if you're considering that leap of faith into a new color or style, go for it! The look from this night is the same look I featured in my Summer Makeup Routine. So easy and effortless for a summer evening. We then went and walked around in downtown Naoussa, the main tourist part of the island. I bought the cutest new platform sandals, they're neutral but funky. They will be featured on the blog soon! I got them from White in Paros.

The second day we had a relaxing morning, something we had not yet been able to have since the trip started, and explored the views of the island. I wore one of my favorite sets from Dress Up (from last summer), it reminds me of Mumu! I love sets in the summer and as investment pieces because they are comfortable and breezy, and can be worn in multiple different ways. We went down to the port to walk around and eat, my mom and I had some delicious crepes and Niko had a waffle. They love promoting their waffles in Greece, it's too funny; they especially love putting gelato on top, another treat we may have had a little too much of this trip. We then went back to Naoussa to spend the rest of the day shopping and walking the iconic streets. Dinner was right on the water, we had fresh fish and local wine, definitely one of the best meals of the trip. I highly recommend getting whatever fresh fish a restaurant has that day, especially if you are on the islands! It is also a lot of fun to try the local wines wherever you go and to see how they differ from place to place.

I could have stayed in Paros for much longer, but it was time we hit Athens! What is your favorite Greek island? Thanks for reading! ❋
