April: Loving, Wanting, & Over

Ah, April… for me, April is FULL of family birthdays. My aunt, my cousin, and my Yiayia and Papou all have birthdays in April, then you add in Pascha and Holy Week, plus my anniversary with my boyfriend. Busy month packed with exciting and lovely celebrations. I spent almost a week in FL celebrating my aunt and cousin’s birthdays, which was SO needed, since it is still under 60 degrees here in NY!

Holy Week, if you do not know, is the week leading up to Easter and is one the busiest/most important weeks in the Orthodox faith! There is a church service twice a day, if not more, and is so beautiful to experience and participate in.

Excited that my loving list is much longer than my over list, for once.
