Valentine’s Day Look

This past Valentine’s Day was the first one my boyfriend and I have been able to spend physically together for our entire relationship — we surprisingly did not go all out, but instead had a lovely, quiet dinner in the city.

I however still took my look extremely seriously, obviously.

For the fit — I was torn between two different statement pieces from Free People. I ended up deciding on this fun, hot pink, and ruffled tulle top, paired with some sleek split hem trousers and knee high boots.

I had Cat come by and do my makeup (@cam.artistry on insta), and she is seriously AMAZINGGGG! We chatted the entire time, and turns out she is Greek so we obviously connected seamlessly. It also was extremely convenient - she worked around my schedule and came over to my apartment.

We went for sultry and pink — this was actually my first time every wearing any sort of false lash and needless to say I am obsessed. I blew out my hair with my Dyson Airwrap. I pretty much only use the round brush and long curl barrel attachments.

Jake snapped this pic of me and I <3 it. We split a bottle of Pinot Grigio and I had mushroom risotto, while Jake had grilled branzino. Risotto is my absolute favorite meal so it was a huge win in my book.
