Whew, summer is over just like that! I apologize for the lack of posts; it has been such an insane past two months. I am now back in Columbia prepping for sorority recruitment!
I was fortunate enough to have another summer spent exploring my roots abroad. This trip was quite different than Greece last summer, more of a study abroad rather than a religious journey. I went on a program called NDCP which was only for young Cypriots. It was a very unique experience to meet other young Cypriots from all over the world! Three weeks in one of the most beautiful countries, learning Greek and being immersed into true Cypriot culture.
Enjoy taking a peek into my summer adventure!

Y'allllll... this bag. I am so in love with it! The lemon design screams summer and it actually is a very spacious cross body. |
One of my favorite parts of this trip was getting the chance to visit where my Pappou (Grandfather) grew up. His village, Omodos, was absolutely beautiful. I love how I was able to gain a special connection with my grandparents because of this trip.

It is still unreal this summer was so amazing. I am missing frappes, five euro pita, long bus rides, and endless laughs. Thank you to the friends who turned into family for making this summer an unforgettable one!
